Sonar Modules & Sub-Assemblies

C-Tech Ltd. COTS Sonar Sub-Systems are fully integrated "Wet Ends" that interface to a customer supplied Signal Processor and Operator Console.

These Sub-Systems can be used "Standalone" as well as in applications where the Prime Contractor/Integrator is providing a full suite of Systems and wishes to maintain commonality of Signal Processing and Operator Consoles.

The Sub-Systems consist of fully integrated Transceivers (Transmitter and Receiver) with Control Processing. The Transceiver outputs pre-processed digital stave data to the customer supplied Signal Processor. The Transceiver also receives control data from the customer supplied Operator Console to control and change Sonar operating modes and parameters.

Under contract to L-3 Communications Ocean Systems, Marport C-Tech manufactures and tests sub-assemblies of the HELRAS (Helicopter Long Range Anti-Submarine) Sonar for the new Canadian Navy Maritime Helicopters.
