| Derrick served as CEO of Fishery Products International (TSE: FPL) Ltd. from 2002 through 2005. FPI Limited is one of North America’s largest seafood companies engaged in the harvesting, processing and global sourcing of quality seafood. Derrick has led corporate operations that span the globe, and has extensive experience with business in highly complex regulatory and operating environments. He was founder, Chairman and CEO of Stratos Global Corporation (TSE:SGB) until 1999 and built the company from start-up to a successful public corporation that generates revenue of over $400 million. |

| Karl co-founded Marport Canada Inc. and was appointed its President & Chief Executive Officer in July 2003. He has been involved in high technology since 1980 in a wide variety of technical and executive roles. He served as a Canadian Navy deck officer and has expertise in wireless communications, electronic navigation systems, and digital imaging. During the 1980’s he was part of the Microsoft mouse project team and was responsible for offshore manufacturing operations. In 1996, he co-founded Telepix Imaging Inc., a world leader in digital imaging software and photo e-commerce. In 1999, Telepix was purchased by a European photo equipment manufacturer for over $50 million. Karl currently serves as a Board Member of the Canadian Centre for Fisheries Innovation and is an entrepreneur mentor at the Genesis Centre of Memorial University. |

| Bernie recently joined Marport as Chief Financial Officer. He served as with Fishery Products International from 2001 as Corporate Treasurer and CFO. He has over 35 years of experience in senior financial positions and has a long and distinguished career in public accounting in businesses in the seafood, utility, property and casualty insurance, and transportation industries. After graduating with a business diploma from Ryerson University, he obtained his professional qualifications and experience to be a Chartered Accountant and was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland and is an FCA (Fellow Chartered Accountant). |

| Oskar Axelsson : Executive VP - Sales |

| Oskar is a co-founder of Marport and was responsible for the development of the business opportunity and the first generation of Marport sensors. He is actively involved in all new product development and has a vast knowledge of the industry and end user requirements He currently manages global sales and distribution for the Company from its sales and support office in Reykjavik, Iceland. He has been involved in the marine electronics industry since 1979. He co-founded and operated Ennco sf, a marine electronic service center on the east cost of Iceland from 1981-1986. He was Chief Electronic Technician at Radiomidun from 1987-1992 and served as Sales Manager at R. Sigmundsson Marine Electronics. |

| Dr. David Buttle : Technical Advisor – Advanced Subsea Acoustics Technology |

Dr. Buttle graduated with First Class Honours in Cybernetics from the University of Reading, United Kingdom in 1969. He spent a short time in industry working for Racal Electronics on telemetry systems. He then enrolled at the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and in 1972 was awarded his Ph.D based upon his research in 3D sonar systems.
Between 1973 and 1976 he designed and developed sonar transponder systems for use in the North Sea oilfields. In January 1977, he founded Marine Acoustics Ltd., an underwater acoustics design and manufacturing firm that supplied sonar systems and components to both military and commercial clients. In 1997, Marine Acoustics Ltd. was acquired by Chelsea Technologies Group. After the acquisition, Dr. Buttle provided consulting services to companies engaged in the commercial fishing, offshore energy, underwater defence and ocean science industries.

| Neil has over 30 years of experience in research and development, product development and operations in high technology companies. At least 20 years of his career has been devoted to development of microprocessor-based solutions for ocean monitoring, sensing and communication systems. Neil is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland. |

| Anthony is a co-founder of Marport Canada. He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1994 with a degree in Electrical Engineering and has been engaged in software engineering development ever since. His software development experience has been focused in the areas of marine navigation, digital imaging and software defined radio. He co-founded of Telepix Imaging and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Anthony is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Newfoundland. |

| Didier Caute : Manager, Hardware Engineering |

| Didier graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique de l'Université de Nantes, France in 1996 with a degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He was employed as a consultant design engineer with EchoPilot Ltd. in England, where he developed forward looking sonar technologies and products. This led to other design engagements in speed logs, fisheries depth sounders and side scan sonar. He has deep expertise in both analog and digital electronic design, ranging from single transistor interfaces to complex microprocessor embedded solutions. Didier joined Marport in 2004. |
